Day 1: Amsterdam
Welcome to Amsterdam. We meet at the hotel for an informal group meeting in the afternoon (approx. 7pm). Spend the afternoon exploring Amsterdam’s colourful streets and canals, visiting Dam Square, Royal Palace as well as many other museums and monuments along the way. Don’t forget to have pint (or two) at the Heineken Museum and take a pic at the famous ‘I am Amsterdam’ sign. Tonight, will head towards the infamous red-light district and enjoy the nightlife in one of Europe’s most liberal cities.

Day 2: Amsterdam, Berlin
Today morning after breakfast, we will depart for Germany’s capital. In the evening, enjoy some free time exploring the city and wandering the streets of Berlin. Get amongst the famous Berlin nightlife, and party the night away!

Day 3: Berlin
Kick off the day by exploring Berlin’s interesting and heart-breaking past, with a guided tour around the city. See the famous symbol of the city Brandenburg Gate, before heading to the Reichstag, Berlin Wall, the Memorial and Museum of Jews and much more. Tonight, there will be an optional visit to the Hofbrahaus Berlin to drink a stein and try some tasty traditional German food – Prost!

Day 4: Berlin, Prague
Today we depart for Prague! Curl up on the bus and get some rest before we hit the town in the evening and experience Prague’s crazy party atmosphere!

Day 5: Prague
Welcome to Prague! Spend the morning on a guided tour, starting at Hradčany Palace & St Vitus Cathedral and finishing off at the famous Astronomical Clock. Check out the gothic architecture, grotesque landmarks, street markets and don’t forget to try a delicious Trdelník - you can thank us later! In the evening you can rest up or join an optional cruise to watch the sun go down over the city.

Day 6: Prague, Vienna
It’s time to say goodbye to Prague and hello to our next destination the beautiful Vienna! In the afternoon we will check out magnificent sites such as St Stephan’s Cathedral, State Opera House, Parliament, Rathouse, Belvedere Palace and much more. Foodies rejoice, as we will also try a slice of the famous ‘Sacher cake’ in all its chocolatey goodness.

Day 7: Vienna, Bratislava, Budapest
It’s an early start to the day, first stop Bratislava! Explore the lovely old town on a walking and try some local tastes before we head to Budapest. As we arrive, see the seven towers of Fisherman Bastion and the fortress with panoramic views of the city. Later we will check out St Stephen’s Church, Royal Palace, Parliament, Bridges of Danube and many more impressive landmarks. Enjoy free time in the evening to try out traditional goulash and discover some of the maze-like ruin bars! Alternatively, you can take an optional cruise on the Danube River.

Day 8: Budapest, Belgrade
Next up, we cross the Serbian border and a lovely ride by the impressive Danube and Sava Rivers to Belgrade. Ready your camera for some insta-worthy pics of Belgrade Fortess and Kalemegdan Park. We’ll starting our guided walking tour at the vibrant pedestrian street at the heart of and town explore the famous landmarks covering Republica and Castle Square, Istanbul Gate and many more. Free time in the evening to rest up, wander the city or check out the famous nightlife of Belgrade.

Day 9: Belgrade, Sarajevo
Next stop Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital, the city that has been through it all! It is where the Western and Eastern Roman Empire split and where people of many nations and religions met, lived and warred. You can still see many reminders of the Yugoslav War in bullet holes and cannon marks all around town. Though, still an oriental beauty with a unique twist, and a delight to discover on your walking tour in the old town. The city offers endless delicacies to taste, but the specialty is lamb.

Day 10: Sarajevo, Mostar, Trebinje
Today, we drive for the amazing Adriatic shore, Mostar! As we arrive in this dreamland, we walk through the Old Town of this Herzegovina pearl, see the iconic highlights Old Bridge – Stari Most, and the old čaršija (market). Enjoy your lunch with an amazing view at one of the local venues, discover the old town and make sure to try the delicious Turkish coffee. In the afternoon, we ride to Trebinje for our overnight stay.

Day 11: Trebinje, Dubrovnik, Trebinje
Get ready for a full day of Dubrovnik, the “Pearl of the Adriatic"! With its well-preserved majestic walls encircling the whole town and its sea of terra-cotta roof tiles, giving life to the King’s Landing, the whole town is an amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site – the drive down to town is a highlight in itself! We start off with a guided walking tour of the Old Town and marvel at the millennial history of this fairy-like town. Walk atop the mighty walls, discover cute narrow streets, taste delicious seafood or jump off into the crystal-blue waters. In the evening, we return to Trebinje for the night.

Day 12: Trebinje, Kotor, Budva
After the breakfast, we leave for our first stop at Kotor, Montenegro with its calming natural beauty and characteristic architecture; a less-crowded and more authentic version of Dubrovnik with its impressive citadel. Following a walking tour of the old town with our expert local guide and some free time, we make our way to the popular touristic hub of the region, Budva. Your guide will take you on a brief walking tour of the vibrant summer town with great food, impressive views and lively nightlife.

Day 13: Budva, Tirana, Ohrid
We hit the roads following breakfast, next stop Albania! A panoramic city tour of Tirana will introduce the best preserved and most beautiful samples of Albanian architecture, and drop us off at the town centre for some free time to discover the bustling Skenderbeg square. In the afternoon, we continue towards Ohrid, Macedonia and check-in to our comfy hotel. You can rest up after a long day, or join the optional Balkan night with dinner.

Day 14: Ohrid, St.Naum, Skopje
Today, we start the day with a guided city tour of Old Ohrid hosting hundreds of chapels and churches scattered all around. Afterwards we drive for the heavenly Monastery of Saint Naum built on a high rocky cliff overlooking the vast Ohrid Lake. Surrounded by incredible nature, we have free time to discover the complex, have lunch and even swim in the lake! In the afternoon, we travel to Skopje, the capital of Macedonia, for our overnight stay.

Day 15: Skopje, Sofia
Eat up this morning as we then hit the streets to discover the beauty of Skopje in the morning with a sightseeing tour of the town. As we make our way to the main square along the popular Macedonia street and learn about the diverse history of the ancient settlement, we visit the Memorial House of Mother Teresa – Skopje native and Noble Peace Prize winner; and reach Macedonia square. Look around closely as the square hosts many buildings and monuments representing the cultural heritage and history of Macedonia, including museums, sculptures, the famous statue of Alexander the Great, and even an Arch de Triumph. We make our way up to the outstanding Fortress Kale, overlooking the busy square at the heart of the capital, and continue towards the Old Bazaar passing over the famous Stone Bridge, and witness incredible churches and mosques along the way such as Mustafa Pasha Mosque, The church of St Spas (Holy Salvation), Chifte Amam and more. In the afternoon, we drive for Sofia for overnight stay.

Day 16: Sofia
Early in the morning, we’ll join the walking tour of the Sofia town centre and visit all the famous landmarks. We start off with the National Library, Sofia University, The Parliament, and continue on to The St. Alexander Nevsky Patriarchal Cathedral, the National Theatre and St. Sofia Church. Along the way is Sofia's oldest building - St George Rotunda, dating all the way back to the 3rd century. As our guide fills you in about the diverse history of Bulgaria, and the communist era, you’ll get to see the houses of the Council of Ministers, presidency and the former communist party headquarters. Then rewind a few centuries at the ruins of the ancient city of Serdika from the 6th century, and visit the National Palace of Culture. As we stroll towards the main shopping streets of Sofia, feel free to get lost and discover the shops and cafes around. You are free to roam the city as you wish. After the city tour, our trip will end after we say goodbye to our new friends...
