Day 1: Sofia
Welcome to Sofia! Meet your new tour mates and guide at the hotel for an informal group meeting in the afternoon (approx. 7pm). In the afternoon, we’ll hit the streets with a guided walking tour of Sofia. We’ll make stops along the way at the famous landmarks including the Alexander Nevski Cathedral, National History Museum, St. Sofia Church and Parliament Square, among many others . Enjoy some free time in the evening to continue exploring Sofia.

Day 2: Sofia, Belgrade
After brekkie, we head off to Belgrade! Chill out on the bus and take some insta-worthy pics as we pass by the Danube and Sava rivers, Belgrade Fortess and Kalemegdan Park. We’ll later explore the city, ticking off impressive sights such as Republica and Castle Square, Istanbul Gate and main street Knez Mihailova to experience one of the vibrant hotspots of the city filled with cafes and shops.

Day 3: Belgrade, Sarajevo
Next stop Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina’s capital, the city that has been through it all! It is where the Western and Eastern Roman Empire split and where people of many nations and religions met, lived and warred. You can still see many reminders of the Yugoslav War in bullet holes and cannon marks all around town. Though, still an oriental beauty with a unique twist, and a delight to discover on your walking tour in the old town. The city offers endless delicacies to taste, but the specialty is lamb.

Day 4: Sarajevo, Mostar, Trebinje
Today, we drive for the amazing Adriatic shore, Mostar! As we arrive in this dreamland, we walk through the Old Town of this Herzegovina pearl, see the iconic highlights Old Bridge – Stari Most, and the old čaršija (market). Enjoy your lunch with an amazing view at one of the local venues, discover the old town and make sure to try the delicious Turkish coffee. In the afternoon, we ride to Trebinje for our overnight stay.

Day 5: Trebinje, Dubrovnik, Trebinje
Get ready for a full day of Dubrovnik, the “Pearl of the Adriatic"! With its well-preserved majestic walls encircling the whole town and its sea of terra-cotta roof tiles, giving life to the King’s Landing, the whole town is an amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site – the drive down to town is a highlight in itself! We start off with a guided walking tour of the Old Town and marvel at the millennial history of this fairy-like town. Walk atop the mighty walls, discover cute narrow streets, taste delicious seafood or jump off into the crystal-blue waters. In the evening, we return to Trebinje for the night.

Day 6: Trebinje, Kotor, Budva
After the breakfast, we leave for our first stop at Kotor, Montenegro with its calming natural beauty and characteristic architecture; a less-crowded and more authentic version of Dubrovnik with its impressive citadel. Following a walking tour of the old town with our expert local guide and some free time, we make our way to the popular touristic hub of the region, Budva. Your guide will take you on a brief walking tour of the vibrant summer town with great food, impressive views and lively nightlife.

Day 7: Budva, Tirana, Ohrid
We hit the roads following breakfast, next stop Albania! A panoramic city tour of Tirana will introduce the best preserved and most beautiful samples of Albanian architecture, and drop us off at the town centre for some free time to discover the bustling Skenderbeg square. In the afternoon, we continue towards Ohrid, Macedonia and check-in to our comfy hotel. You can rest up after a long day, or join the optional Balkan night with dinner.

Day 8: Ohrid, St.Naum, Skopje
Today, we start the day with a guided city tour of Old Ohrid hosting hundreds of chapels and churches scattered all around. Afterwards we drive for the heavenly Monastery of Saint Naum built on a high rocky cliff overlooking the vast Ohrid Lake. Surrounded by incredible nature, we have free time to discover the complex, have lunch and even swim in the lake! In the afternoon, we travel to Skopje, the capital of Macedonia, for our overnight stay.

Day 9: Skopje, Sofia
Eat up this morning as we will hit the streets to discover the beautiful Skopje with a guided sightseeing tour filled with stunning architecture, grand monuments and unique history. Pose with the famous statue of Alexander the Great or walk through the Macedonian Arc de Triumph, the city has countless landmarks and a vibrant street life with many cafes and bars around. In the afternoon, we leave for Sofia, where our trip ends and we say goodbye to our new friends.

Day 10: Sofia, Vienna
Next stop, the breath-taking beauty of the imperial capital of Austro-Hungarian Empire, Vienna. After breakfast we transfer to the Sofia Airport and fly off to Vienna to save much valuable time. Orientation walk in the evening to discover some of the most prized and impressive structures embedded all around town and optional dinner.

Day 11: Vienna, Prague
You can never visit too many palaces, and the Schönbrunn Palace is no exception! Check out the famous Imperial summer residence, which boasts impressive views and gardens, or enjoy free time strolling through the streets of Vienna. Later an optional visit to Danube Tower, which has amazing 360-degree views of the city. We will depart for Prague in the afternoon, and arrive just in time for an option traditional dinner before we take on Prague’s nightlife!

Day 12: Prague
Welcome to Prague! Spend the morning on a guided tour, starting at Hradčany Palace & St Vitus Cathedral and finishing off at the famous Astronomical Clock. Check out the gothic architecture, grotesque landmarks, street markets and don’t forget to try a delicious Trdelník - you can thank us later! In the evening we will cruise down the Vltava river, and watch as the sun goes down over the city. If you still have energy to spare, the famous Czech nightlife awaits.

Day 13: Prague, Berlin
Today we will depart for Germany’s capital after breakfast. Enjoy some free time exploring the city and wandering the streets of Berlin. Known for its unique party vibes, we will dance into the early morning hours!

Day 14: Berlin
Kick off the day by exploring Berlin’s interesting and heart-breaking past, with a guided tour around the city. See the famous symbol of the city Brandenburg Gate, before heading to the Reichstag, Berlin Wall, the stunning Memorial and Museum of Jews and much more. Tonight there will be an optional visit to the Hofbrahaus Berlin to drink a stein and try some tasty traditional German food – Prost!

Day 15: Berlin, Amsterdam
An early start today, as we make our way to Amsterdam. Get your bearings by wandering through the colourful streets of the city, ticking off iconic attractions such as Dam Square, Royal Palace, New Town Quarter, amongst many other monuments and museums. In the afternoon enjoy your free time with a pint of Heineken or munch on some frites and mayo and take a photo or two as you stroll along the canal – just watch for the bikes! Tonight, we will head towards the infamous red-light district and enjoy the nightlife in one of Europe’s most liberal cities.

Day 16: Amsterdam
Today we will venture outside the city, and head to Delft - famous for porcelain and painters, before making our way to Rotterdam., a modern city and one of the largest ports. We will then check out the Den Haag and Scheveingen coastline before making our way back to the capital. After returning to Amsterdam, we say goodbye to our new mates and end the tour.
