I really appreciate how Yil went out of his way to make our schedule timings work the best, especially with so many other tour groups around. We never felt rushed or crowded. He was very sympathetic when some on the bus got sick. Helped with pharmacy translations for us to gain medication.

Our tour guide, Yil, was absolutely amazing. From day one I felt cared for and in good hands. Yil was enthusiastic in his role as tour guide, encouraging everyone in the group to take part in the “adventure” of our tour. He gave a sense of organisation to the group, always keeping us on the track with timings, while still being aware of group needs, stepping up to challenges and issues quickly when they arose. Yil’s friendly personality made the tour a fantastic experience.
