1. The promoter is Travel Talk Adventures Ltd, whose registered office is at Hurlingham Studios Office, 27AB Ranelagh Gardens, Fulham, London SW6 3cPA

2. The competition is open to residents of any country and of any age. Employees of Travel Talk and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition. Entrants must simply have travelled on a Travel Talk Tour in the past.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Route to entry for the competition is via leaving a review on Travel Talk Tours’ Trustpilot profile.

6. The requirements of entry include:
a. Leave a review from your recent travels with Travel Talk Tours’ on Trustpilot profile
b. Be sure to include your full name as either the author of the review, or at the end of your review.


7. The winner will be selected at random, using a random name generator, at the discretion of the promoter.

8. Prize includes; 1 x £200 Travel Talk Tours Travel Voucher valid until 31 December 2022.

9. Competition closes 11.59pm GMT on 28 February 2021.

10. The winner will be contacted privately by the promoter via email by 5.00pm GMT Friday, 5 March 2021.

11. By entering this competition, the entrant consents to Travel Talk using their review for advertising and promotional purposes in any mediums the company chooses. The entrant grants Travel Talk a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to their customer review for publicity and promotional purposes.

12. If the winner, for whatever reason is unable to accept the prize the Promoter reserves the right to select a substitute participant to receive the prize.

13. Conditions of £200 Travel Voucher prize include;
a. Must book before 31 December 2022.
b. Does not include flights.
c. Can only be claimed by the winner.
d. Cannot be transferred to another person.
e. Cannot be used for a tour already booked, paid in full or deposited on.
f. Is subject to tour availability.
g. The prize cannot be claimed on any tours departing during ANZAC, Christmas, New Years and Easter holiday periods.
h. The voucher can be used on all tours & destinations except for ANZAC Day, Africa, Asia, Latin America, Oktoberfest, Ski France, Sail Turkey Mini Cruise & Iceland which are not valid.
i. Is only valid for one person and one use only.
j. Has no cash value.
