It is time to gear up and hit the slopes for an action-packed day on the Balkan Mountains, sister range of the Alps. Get yourself ready for a day of snow, eat up at breakfast and gear up! You can catch the shuttle or have a short walk to the lift and start the adventure. Ski until you set the sun, then feel free to discover the lively Apres Ski in Bansko at its most famous bars. Return to the hotel for a dinner with unlimited beer/wine. Later on, put on your battle face for some high-stakes karaoke at a local venue.

Hi Guys.
I am writing in relation to my recent trip with Travel Talk to Bansko, Bulgaria. More specifically to provide feedback about the Tour Leader, Hayden.
From The minute we got there, Hayden was friendly, knowledgable and doing his best to make everyone feel comfortable. Another girl on the same tour who had come alone as her friend had forgotten her passport, was very shy and a little bit stressed about the coming days (she hadn’t been on a snow holiday before.) Hayden did everything required to ease her fears. Hayden first did a tour of the hotel facilities and once we had our bearings took us into the town centre.
Hayden went above and beyond what I would expect of a tour leader. My partner and I have done trips with other companies and found Hayden to be the best tour leader we have had. His friendliness with the local town people along with his ability to make people feel comfortable while doing something well out of their comfort zone is second to none (singing karaoke or learning to snowboard are two examples from the trip.)
At a point on the tour Hayden and I discussed how we love to see the look in a persons eyes when they realise how much fun they’re having out of their comfort zone, In my mind that is what travelling is about.
I recognise Hayden has one of the most difficult jobs in the world. He has to cater for every single personality. On this trip he did so perfectly, He was always calm, organised and making sure everyone around him was having a good time.
I have future tours booked with travel talk and really hope that all the tour leaders are similar. I believe he is an asset and is really doing well as one of the many faces on the ground for travel talk.
