TurkeySoniaESSENTIAL TURKEYI have just been on the 9-day trip and had a fantastic time. It was certainly intense, especially with the early starts, however Yavuz expertly guided us through the significance of the sites - Gallipoli, Ephesus, Cappadocia and many more. He was especially a military history whizz. He was also a cultural ambassador for Turkey and went out of his way to introduce the cuisine, the history, entertainment, the customs and also information about Islam to us. His enthusiasm for his country and for the sites he saw enhanced the experience. He managed to miraculously adapt to our madness which made for a fun time. Yavuz is an asset to TravelTalkTours and Ali, made us feel safe in the coach by his good driving and expert handling of Istanbul traffic.I'd thoroughly recommend this tour to someone who wants a quality introduction to a fascinating country.2008-8-6Tour: Essential Turkey4

TurkeyNicola HardyESSENTIAL TURKEY Really liked it how a start of tour we didn't just hopped straight on the bus but had some time to explore Istanbul first.Throughout the tour, it was good that we had time to hang out and relax and not just rush to dinner, etc., as soon as we arrived.Driver and Tour Leader were excellent and offered great advice such as 'Nicer Toilets' to use and how much to expect to pay for thinhgs. As well as information and history on where we were going and what we were going to see.Over all, I think it wa sa pretty good trip. I've done several tours before but this was my first time with Travel Talk. Turkey was really amazing and I think definitely worthwhile having a local person as a guide throughout the tour.Yeah, definitely a grea trip though, Thanks a lot.
