SpainE.BlowersBus driver and bus were outstanding. Never much waiting and bus was great – very comfortable and clean. Tour guide was fun and had great personality made the tour worthwhile and I would highly recommend her to others. She was very attentive to our needs and very organized. There were no instances where we had to wait or where we were caught off guard which has happened in tours in the past (i.e. site is closed or prices changed, etc). She also made sure everyone had everything we needed. I lost my camera half way during the trip and she called many times to see if it had been found. She did everything to try to ensure this unfortunate event didn’t ruin my tour. She was also very willing to adjust the tour to meet the group(move times to ensure we weren’t sightseeing in the heat of the day or adjust when we needed a restroom break or ice-cream). It felt as though we just had another friend in the group and not as though we had a tour guide ushering us around like cattle. I appreciated all of her efforts and it really made the tour worthwhile. I will do another Travel Talk tour in the future because I had such a great experience. Thanks Lorena!!2012-8-18 0:05
