My wife and I recently completed a Travel Talk tour of Turkiye which include both land and Mediterranean sailing components. We are still on a high from the entire experience. From start to finish, every detail was handled with perfection, making it one of the most memorable trips of our lifes.​What truly elevated this trip from great to extraordinary was our phenomenal guide, Mustafa, his deep knowledge, local insights, and enthusiasm brought our numerous stops to life. Whilst he knew facts; he also told captivating stories and went out of his way to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable, engaged, and enjoying the experience. It felt like traveling with a well-connected local friend who knew all the best hidden gems and perfect spots. The bus driver Murat operated quietly and efficiently in the background, providing assistance with luggage while his driving made us feel at ease either on the freeways or tight busy streets of the cities.​The itinerary was a perfect travel plan. It struck an ideal balance between hit-the-ground-running sightseeing and relaxed, free time to explore. Every daily activity felt purposeful, seamless, and incredibly well-paced. We loved that we got to experience the iconic highlights of the region without ever feeling rushed, while also getting introduced to some off-the-beaten-path experiences. Our time spent on a Gulet on the Mediterranean was a real treat, days spent relaxing in the sun, swimming and exploring numerous bays along the coastline. The crew were very friendly making us feel welcome and right at ease. The food was fresh and traditional for every meal.​After a full day of exploring, returning to our accommodations was an treat. Almost every hotel we stayed at was wonderful—clean, well laid out, with great amenities, and situated in perfect locations. The hospitality at each stop was efficient and welcoming, the beds were comfortable and the buffet for dinner and breakfast tremendous.​If you are on the fence about booking this tour, do it. Exceptional value for money, the perfect blend of a brilliant guide, a flawless itinerary, and beautiful places to rest your head made this an unforgettable journey. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Our trip to Turkey with Travel Talk Tours was truly unforgettable. I brought my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary — their very first trip anywhere in the world — and they chose Turkey. They were absolutely blown away by the beauty, history, culture, and kindness of the people.We came all the way from Mexico, and as this was my second trip with Travel Talk Tours, I knew I could trust them to make this milestone special. A great 12 day land tour of Turkey. We saw all the amazing sights, with enough time at each spot. I would certainly recommend this tour to others. Mustafa went out of his way to cater for everyone as there was a wide range of ages and abilities in our group. There was a good mix of historical, adventure and leisure activities. The days have been well timed with enough stops ,good restaurants and clean facilities. Our guide ensured a high level of safety , putting everyone at ease.

A wonderful time was had in my 12 day Turkey tour. Mustafa was very knowledgeable and his English was very good. He had a lovely sense of humour and nothing was too mich trouble. The accommodation has been outstanding, and the bus driver fabulous. Coming from NZ, it was very grounding to actually see ANZAC Cove in Gallipolli. Ephesus Ancient city was amazing. It was ruins but you could see whole front facades of buildings. The white terraces were a little disappointing as not many of the pools actually contained water. The hang gliding in Fithye was a fabulous way to end the 3 days relaxing on the Gulet, followed by a totally awesome turkish bath and massage at the hotel in Pamukkale. I would highly recommend this tour.

The 10 day Amazing Turkey by Gulet tour has been fantastic. After many years of solo travel, to have the guide, Mustafa who has been amazing, taking care of all of the logistics, sharing his knowledge and ensuring the group are comfortable providing translation and guidance as we've shopped and moved about in our free time has made for an enjoyable and relaxing tour.Special mention as well to Birk and the Gulet crew who took great care of us as we swam and hydrated in the Mediterranean around Fethiye for a few days.

The 12 Day Best of Turkey tour with Mustafa was fantastic. The tour was the perfect mix of city, history and relaxation. Really enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Istanbul and the ancient ruins in Ephesus and Pamukkale. The boat/beach day in Dalyan was an unexpected highlight! May was a great time to get slightly cooler temperatures and less crowds. Highly recommend to anyone considering Turkey.

The itinerary was perfectly designed, giving us the chance to experience so many of Turkey’s highlights in one seamless trip — from the vibrant energy of Istanbul to the mythical multilayered story of Ancient Troy, the beauty of Kuşadası, the awe-inspiring ruins of Ancient Ephesus, the coastal charm of Fethiye, the stunning white terraces of Pamukkale, and the unforgettable landscapes of Cappadocia. Every destination felt unique and memorable.What truly made the tour exceptional was our guide, Mustafa. He went above and beyond every single day to make sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and having the best possible experience. His organisation was flawless — everything ran smoothly and stress-free thanks to him. Mustafa was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and genuinely cared about every person in the group. He handled every detail with professionalism and warmth, making us feel completely looked after throughout the journey.A huge thank you also goes to our driver, Ahmet, who was absolutely lovely. The bus rides across the country were long at times, but we always felt completely safe and comfortable thanks to his excellent driving. The coach itself was very comfortable, and the travel days were relaxed and well managed.Apart from one hotel, the hotels generally exceeded expectations and were consistently wonderful, and having nearly all meals (all breakfasts and most dinners) included made the whole experience even more enjoyable and convenient. We were also incredibly lucky with perfect weather throughout the trip, which made exploring each destination even more special.Another highlight was the group itself — everyone got on so well, and by the end of the tour it genuinely felt like travelling with friends. The atmosphere throughout the entire trip was fantastic.This was one of the best tours we’ve ever done and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the beauty, history, culture, and hospitality of Turkey in a well-organised, comfortable, and unforgettable way. We had a Turkey Tour, started from İstanbul for 12 days. What an experience.Our guide Aykut was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. He is credit to his company. The driver Aydın was a great driver.I highly recommend this tour and company. You will not be disappointed.

We went on the travel talk Morocco Tour in April 2026. The Travel Talk Morocco Tour was fantastic. Abder, our guide and Hassan, our driver were both very helpful. I highly recommend Abder especially for his knowledge and willingness to go out of his way to assist us. I especially liked Essaouira, Chefchaouen and Marrakesh, but in general everything was great except for the tent at Merzouga. That was way below par while all other accommodation was good. We booked into the hotel for the next night & so did all the others on the tour. I suggest that Travel Talk stick to the hotel. Otherwise everything was great. I highly recommend the tour.

Just completed the Best of Turkey by Land on a 12 day tour and it has been an absolutely exceptional tour. The accomodations were amazing and organised activities were well planned. The absolute highlight though was our guide Mustafa. He is a delight to be around, incredibly funny and informative whilst also running the tour without a hitch whilst accommodating everyone's needs. We had a large variety of people including myself being the youngest and his charisma and character allowed everyone to be comfortable and interact seamlessly. Highly recommend travel talk in Turkey.

Cruised the Dalmatian coast and islands from Split to Dubrovnik 02/05/26 to 09/05/2026.We absolutely loved this cruise, and we visited some scenically beautiful places. The crew were lovely, helpful and very funny. We had a trainee tour guide, Allun, what a lovely guy, very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas that we visited. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the way that he got everybody to integrate and socialise was brilliant. Due to this we met some lovely people from all over the world which made this beautiful country all the more enjoyable.

This was only my second time doing an organised tour and the first with Travel Talk.It was an amazing 10-day Turkey tour with Mustafa as our guide. I’d highly recommend both the tour and Mustafa.A great opportunity to see some of the many spectacular sites, from Istanbul, Gallipoli, Troy and Ephesus to Fethiye, Dalyan, Pamukkale and Cappadocia.Wonderful places and Mustafa made sure we were looked after throughout, giving us plenty of history and tidbits along the way. I’d also recommend doing all the optional activities as well, which were all great value.Also, this is a tour with some long routes on the bus. But our driver, Ahmet, made sure the journey went smoothly and the time flew by. We felt very safe with him behind the wheel and the tour bus was incredibly comfortable with plenty of frequent comfort breaks and very good air conditioning. Cihat was a great addition to the driving team too, another pair of safe hands.I’ll certainly be using Travel Talk Tours again after this experience.

The TravelTalk 10-day Turkey (+Anzac) tour far exceeded all my expectations! Our guide, Aykut, was incredibly knowledgeable and has a real talent for sharing information in a way that keeps everyone engaged and laughing. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the ultimate experience in Turkey, both at the hotels and on our excursions, and I truly appreciate the care and effort he put into looking after our group.A special shout-out to our drivers too, Osman and Erem. They were always there with a smile on their face, bright and early, ready to load the bus up and get us on the road. Our Amazing Turkey by Land 10 day tour with Mustafa was wonderful. From start to finish we were impressed with the booking process, communication and inclusions.Mustafa was exceptional. He has good knowledge of all aspects of the tour, history and highlights. We loved his attention to detail, humor and information sharing.Turkey was everything and more that we hoped for. The history, landscape, and natural wonders impressed so much. The trip to Anzac Cove was a bucket list dream for me and holds such a special place in New Zealand history. We had another great experience with Travel talk tours. This was our third time using this company and we just completed Turkey by Land. Our tour leader Mustafa was excellent-friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Bus was clean and comfortable and stops well planned to explore and take photos. Great way to see highlights without the stress of planning it yourself. We would definitely recommend this company.

Wow I just did the amazing ten day Anzac tour of Turkey 🇹🇷! The guide Aykut for sure made the experience a ten out of ten! After 26 years of travel and visiting over 70 countries he is hands down the best, most informative (on all levels) guide I ever had. Made special also by the great group of people on the tour! I would highly highly recommend anyone taking if not the Anzac tour but a tour of the amazingly diverse country of Turkey. I’ve visited a few times but seeing the different landscapes , foods and culture (history) made me fall in love with the country and I will definitely be back! Special shout out to the drivers Osman and Erem also, they could not do enough for everyone at every stop along the way.
